Within this virtual laboratory will be presented the methods to determine the parameters of the equivalent diagram of the asynchronous machine

• stator phase resistance, R₁
• rotor phase resistance, reported to the stator, R¢₂
• magnetizing inductance, L_m
• stator phase leakage inductance, L_1s or L_ss
• rotor phase leakage inductance, reported to the stator, L¢_2s or L_rs

and of the mechanical parameters

• rotor moment of inertia, J
• viscous frictions coefficient k_v
• dry friction torque T_f

necessary both for the simulation of the drive systems and for tuning the parameters of the control diagrams.
